Peak Times are School Holidays.
Week prices are for 7 nights from Friday to Friday.
Short breaks are for 3 nights from Friday to Monday, or 4 nights from Monday to Friday.
Arrival is normally 3pm on the start day and the accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
If you have any specific booking requirement then please feel free to contact us.
One third of the sum due is payable on booking (not refundable). The balance must be paid six weeks prior to arrival.
Guests are advised to insure against loss should they have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pets are accepted by prior arrangement in No.2 Mill House only. We ask for a £50 “good housekeeping” deposit.
For health, safety and insurance requirements, we require details of numbers, age and sex of guests when booking.
The management reserve the right of refusal of any booking they do not wish to accept.
