Corporate Facilities

There are 5 apartments and two cottages, sleeping at total of 30 in 13 bedrooms, with six bathrooms and three showers.

Each apartment/mill house comes with ample offroad parking.

The main ground floor room is 46 square meters and suitable for seminars and meetings, with the capability of seating and tabling for 30. The room opens out on to the large decked area overlooking the mill pond, with seating and barbeque facilities.

The room is electrically heated and provided with ample power sockets. Facilities such as flip charts or white boards can be made available by prior arrangement.

For break out sessions, there is sitting areas in the accommodation apartments and mill houses, depending on what has been booked.

Access from some mobile networks is fragmented around the mill, however, there is a payphone in the lobby.

WiFi Internet access is provided.

The Froize Inn nearby (1/2 mile) may be suitable for meals or working lunches.

Pub meals at the Butley Oyster (1 mile)

Many hotels and restaurants within a few miles – Orford, Snape, Aldeburgh, Woodbridge, Melton.

Fishing is available at the Mill and Golf is near by.

Country walks and cycling are plentiful, direct from the Mill. The Suffolk Coastal Path and Cycle Route runs along Mill Lane.

A guided tour of the adjoining Bronze Casting Studio can be made available by prior arrangement.
