A Georgian house recently refurbished to provide two
cottages for self catering holidays situated in peaceful surroundings
overlooking reed beds and tidal water to the east, the mill pond
and meadows to the west.
Mill lane is part of the Suffolk Coastal Cycle Route and the Suffolk
Coast Path.

There is fencing along the bank of the pond
Both houses have satellite tv, dvd, oven with 4 ring hob, microwaves,
dishwashers,washing machines and tumble dryers, fridge freezers
and are fully equipped for self catering. All bed linen and towels
are supplied
For large parties or family reunions
The two houses can be interconnected for 12 plus cots
The whole site at Butley Mills can accommodate 30
plus cots
The “games room” provides tables and seating for 30
